 This mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Union Los Angeles (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive communications via mobile phone (SMS), you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Terms”).
 
2. Consent for Messaging
 By subscribing, you consent to receive SMS messages including, but not limited to, order updates, promotional offers, reminders, and other marketing communications. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions and preferences.
 
3. Costs & Opt-Out
 Message and data rates may apply as per your carrier. You can opt out of receiving mobile messages at any time by replying STOP. You may resume receiving messages by replying START or by contacting us.
 
4. Privacy & Data Usage
 Your mobile number and message content will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at https://store.unionlosangeles.com/pages/privacy-policy). We do not share your number with third parties except for service providers necessary to operate the Service.
